We keep little, and we say what.

This page covers customaimodels.com, run by Custom AI Models (Detroit, Michigan, est. 2022). We don't sell data, we don't run ad trackers, and we don't keep IP addresses.

What we collect

Visits. Our own counter, no third party. It notes the page, the site you came from (host only), any campaign tag, rough location from our network provider, device type, scroll depth and time on the page. It uses a random ID stored in your browser. It never stores your IP address, your full browser string, your name or your email. If your browser sends Do Not Track or Global Privacy Control, nothing is sent.
What you send us. When you write to us, request access, sign up, or answer a question under an article, we keep what you typed: usually name, email, company and your message.
Sign in with Google or Microsoft. If you choose it, we receive your name, email and whether that email is verified. We use it only to know who is writing to us. We never get your password.
Client hubs. Clients signed in to R-CAI see their own projects and requests. That data is used only to deliver their work.

Cookies and browser storage

A login cookie, only if you sign in to a private area (R-CAI, recruiter pages).
The random visit ID above, plus a flag so the opening animation plays once per visit.
No advertising, social or cross-site tracking cookies.

Who else touches it

Railway hosts the site and stores what you send us.
Cloudflare runs our DNS and email routing.
Brevo delivers the emails the site sends: our own alerts, and the "we have your request" note to you.
Google or Microsoft, only if you choose to sign in with them.

Each handles data under its own terms. We share nothing with anyone else, except if the law requires it.

Google user data

Custom AI Models' use and transfer of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.

Google sign-in gives us your name and email, used only to answer you. Our Google Drive connection is used only by the owner of Custom AI Models, with his own account, to save his own notes into his own Drive. It never touches a visitor's Drive. Google data is never sold, used for ads, or used to train AI models.

How long, and your choices

We keep messages and requests while they are useful to answer you or deliver work, and visit counts while they are useful for counting.
To see, correct or delete anything we hold about you, email yeriko@customaimodels.com. We answer within 30 days.
To revoke Google sign-in, remove Custom AI Models at myaccount.google.com/permissions.

Children

This site is for businesses and isn't meant for anyone under 13. We don't knowingly collect their data.

Changes

If this policy changes, the date at the top changes with it.
